Built in the foothills of La Clusaz, Chalet Limanosa enjoys exceptional views of the village, forest and surrounding mountains. It enjoys a quiet location in a residential area, although close to the lifts and resort centre.
Wood and stone enhance the warm and rustic decor of this 5-star chalet, along with the neutral tones of the decor and the cosy wood-burning stove in the open-plan living room. Its flexible beds make it ideal for both family stays and working seminars.
Bread and pastries delivery is included in every stay of 7 nights or more.
After a busy day, you can enjoy a wellness area with an indoor swimming pool and sauna. (The pool is tested before and during each stay.) When the adjoining property (Chalet Kintana) is also rented, access to this area remains completely private at set times.
You will be located just a five-minute drive from La Clusaz, a family-friendly resort linked to the 220km of ski runs in the Aravis villages of Le Grand Bornand and Manigod.
The road to Chalet Limanosa also leads to the Col des Aravis, a popular destination for cyclists. There is no shortage of activities in the region, whatever the season, including paragliding, canyoning, climbing and rafting.
Chalet Limanosa can be booked with neighbouring Chalet Kintana to accommodate groups of up to 28 people. Each rental property offers three covered parking spaces, two outdoor parking spaces, and an electric vehicle charging station.
IMPORTANT: the chalet is ski-in/ski-out when weather conditions permit. It is located 80m from the blue slope of the Patinoire gondola lift and 150m from the green slope of the Champ Bleu ski lift. Using these slopes you can get to the Champ Giguet ski course meeting point in three minutes.
About the property…
Chalet Limanosa is a five-storey property with five flexible bedrooms and wellness facilities, making it ideal for holidays with family or friends, as well as working trips.
The first floor is dedicated to the light-filled living area, which has a number of full-height windows, and doors which lead onto a wraparound terrace with wonderful views of the village and mountains. There’s a practical, well-equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a cosy lounge with sofas, armchairs and a wood-burning stove. A video projector and a large screen are at your disposal for a movie night all together or for your professional meetings. A separate toilet completes this level.
There are four bedrooms on the second floor. All have large double beds which can be made into twin beds according to your needs. One of them also has a single bed on the mezzanine, a desk and a private bathroom with bath and toilet. Two further bedrooms have a TV and access to a private balcony, while the fourth bedroom has a walk-in shower room. A separate shower room and toilet can also be found on this floor.
The last bedroom in the attic is ideal for children. This large dormitory-style room for six has three large double beds, each of which can be converted into two single beds if you prefer. This room also has a TV, where the children can enjoy their own programmes.
The wellness area on the ground floor has an indoor swimming pool (3m x 4m) and a sauna with an en-suite shower. There are also two laundry rooms, both equipped with washing machines and tumble dryers, for the use of each chalet.
The large garage on the lower ground floor can accommodate up to six cars and has two charging points for electric vehicles, as well as ski and bicycle storage.

La Clusaz is an authentic mountain village which blends tradition with up-to-date facilities. Its traditional chalets and lively streets offer a vibrant setting with Savoyard charm. Nestled in the heart of the Aravis massif, it is only 30 min from Annecy and close to Le Grand-Bornand and Manigod. Its warm atmosphere and easy accessibility make it a popular destination year-round.
In winter, the resort provides easy access to the Aravis ski area, offering 210km of pistes that combine long descents and technical sectors across La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand, Manigod, and Saint-Jean-de-Sixt. The region also offers a variety of winter activities, including cross-country skiing, dog sledding, sledging, snow biking, ice diving and ice skating.
During the rest of the year, numerous hiking and biking trails lead to superb views over the Aravis, such as the Plateau des Glières. The village boasts a modern watersports centre providing activities for all ages and a wellbeing area. The nearby Lake Annecy is another great place for swimming, paddleboarding, and sailing. Other summer activities include via ferrata, climbing and paragliding, leaving you with a wealth of memories to take home.

IMPORTANT: the chalet is ski-in/ski-out when weather conditions permit. It is located 80m from the blue slope of the Patinoire gondola lift and 150m from the green slope of the Champ Bleu ski lift. These 2 slopes take 3 minutes to reach the Champ Giguet ski course meeting point.
Access to the swimming pool (4m x 3m) is private and shared between the two adjoining properties, Chalet Limanosa and Chalet Kintana. Use of the pool is divided as follows: guests staying in one of the properties have use of the pool during even hours, while guests staying in the other property have use of the pool during odd hours. If the second property is not rented during the stay, access to the spa is available without restriction.
PLEASE NOTE: some of the bedrooms are attic rooms with limited ceiling height. Make sure to refer to the photos to organise your stay.
The chalet is located in a residential area. Parties are not allowed at the Property.
High-heeled shoes are prohibited in order to protect the parquet flooring in the accommodation. Thank you for your understanding.

Chalet Limanosa is ideal for family holidays and business seminars, thanks to its five double rooms and large double beds that can be converted into single beds. Its quiet location and wellness facilities guarantee a relaxing stay, just a few minutes' drive from the resort of La Clusaz.
Four of the five rooms are on the second floor, while the last room, under the eaves, is a family/children’s room for six. Two rooms have a TV and access to a private balcony, while two others each have an en-suite bathroom.
There are two additional shower rooms on the ground and second floors, and separate toilets on two floors.
The living room on the first floor is bathed in natural light thanks to large doors and windows, and opens onto a panoramic terrace. A modern, functional kitchen and a dining table will make it a pleasure to cater for your group, and there’s a seating area with a wood-burning stove where you can relax after your meal.
The wooden décor and neutral tones throughout the chalet make it particularly cosy.
The lower ground floor is shared with the adjoining Chalet Kintana – if you are looking for more accommodation, why not book the two together for groups of up to 28? On this floor, you'll find an indoor swimming pool (3m x 4m), a sauna with a shower, and laundry rooms for each property, equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
Finally, the lower level houses a large garage for up to six vehicles, with two charging points for electric cars, as well as a ski room and a bicycle store.
